National Park of Arizona

   Arizona is probably proud of this place with its chaotic congestion of rock fragments, sandy valleys, limestones, covered with trees and bushes, cut out by the picturesque river Colorado. It is a natural miracle of the World. As for Sandra and me, it was the first time when we could see the miracle. Taking just a backpack but nothing else along with us, we were covering America with a hope of meeting a fairy place. Talking and dreaming during the flight we didn’t notice how time had flown and we turned up close to Grand Canyon Park. Our tour was going to begin the next day. We settled ourselves at the hotel La Quinta not far from our destination. The place is unique and picturesque.
   Sandra is a very smart girl. She started to look through magazines about tours and that area and warned that the UNESCO had declared Grand Canyon National Park as an object of the worldwide heritage. It is known because of the harmonious combination of the size, depth and multi-color layers of the naked rocks which are dated down to the Precambrian period. At the bottom of the canyon a typical Mexican landscape lays with varied cacti, agaves, yuccas. Then come oaks, birches, willows appear, making room for more resistant trees – pines and junipers – on the top. The rich fauna includes more than 100 types of birds and about 60 types of mammals among which are also extreme rare types. And everywhere we could find the caution about rattle snakes.
